Day 2:FML

Happy Tuesday. Yeah, Tuesday is a happy day until you realize that on Monday you made a little bet with yourself to eat healthy for the whole week, which disqualifies a perfectly delicious french dip from being your winning lunch choice of the day. Day 2, is better than day 1, but still ain’t got nothing on them Volcano Nachos from Taco Bell. Yeah, I get it everyone hates Taco Bell and it makes them feel like poo. But, believe me I suffer from quite the opposite. Picture this veggemites, you know that every now and then when you eat a big greasy surprise sandwich and you feel like poo for a few days after, or you immediately projectile vomit. Well, that is how I feel after consuming the butt load of healthy food I promised myself I would eat this week.

Today I brought a lunch from the casa. I made burgers, which are gooooood. But don’t exactly qualify as healthy the way that I like them. So, I took the burger patty which is filled with chopped vegetables and modified it’s environment. Even the word “vegetable” isn’t as cool as the word “volcano”. I placed it on a bed of spinach with carrots and snow peas. I tried eating this as is, but absolutely could not consume it without some good ole’ lubricant. I chose ranch. Ok, that makes it a little better, but blurghppp. I don’t know, I ate all the meat no sweat but I am literally poking at the vegetables, specifically the carrots, like a 5 year old. WAAAAH! I want nachos! If only Bob and Jillian were here to guide me through my fat kid weaknesses. Only 3 days left.

p.s. I feel way not ful.
